- Not to flame, but I'm really curious. My own experience with cobol is a breif 3 unit
- course in school, and I haven't touched it since. I understand there is a load of
- legacy code out there that employers want maintaned, but beyond that, I really
- don't see the point. Languages have progressed so far beyond cobol that it really
- has to be updated far beyond its original mandate. I know its exsists, but be
- honest, who here really wants to explore the possibilities of object-oriented
- cobol?
